Responsibilities

• Perform customized massage therapy sessions based on client needs and treatment goals.
• Modalities may include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Prenatal, Lymphatic, Recovery, and Wellness treatments.
• Maintain SOAP notes and treatment documentation.
• Educate clients on wellness recommendations and home care.
• Maintain cleanliness and treatment room standards.
• Support same day bookings and flexible scheduling needs.
• Pick up available shifts and therapist coverage opportunities when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and client experience.
