You will sort soiled ware, wash and polish, keep equipment clean, and support cooks and servers. The role requires teamwork, safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promptly sort soiled ware for dish or pot washing; keep dish machine clean and filled.
• Detarnish/polish silver for proper appearance.
• Clean kettles, skillets, pots and pans for cooks to work efficiently.
• Transport and clean utensils and service ware for guests' dining experience.
• Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in clean, orderly condition.
• Sweep and mop floors; wash worktables and refrigerators as needed.
• Remove trash and maintain sanitation of kitchen areas and blocks.
• Operate dish machine as required and rotate stock in designated areas.
