Haul-My-Mess.com is looking for a dependable and physically fit Junk Removal Crew Member to assist with junk removal jobs on an on-call basis. This role is perfect for someone who wants flexible work without a set schedule.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in removing junk, debris, and unwanted items from homes, businesses, and job sites.
• Safely lift and carry heavy objects, sometimes up and down stairs.
• Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent our company well.
• Follow safety guidelines and instructions from the team lead.

What We’re Looking For:

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items repeatedly (up to 75 lbs).
• Reliable and available for on-call work as needed.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work hard.
• Experience in junk removal, moving, or general labor is a plus but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to job sites or our main location.
