Job summary

Challenge Unlimited is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to deliver 1:1 vocational support and job skills training for clients with disabilities. You will travel regionally to St. Clair and Madison counties in Illinois and St.

Louis in Missouri, providing orientation, ongoing support, and documentation to ensure quality outcomes. Pay is $19.00 per hour with on-call shifts as needed. You will maintain records, communicate with managers and employers, and collaborate with the Employment Services Team

Qualifications

• CPR, 1st Aid, CPI training required within first 4 months
• Background checks: criminal, state/federal registries, DCFS, driving history
• Must be 21+ and hold a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Client relations: promote person-centered services and ensure high client satisfaction
• Client employment training: provide 1:1 job coaching and safety instruction
• Community integration: help clients access community resources and advocate for themselves
• Documentation: maintain accurate records and submit notes for billing and funding
