Job summary

APSi in Hawaii is seeking an on-call janitorial attendant to maintain cleaning standards across assigned facilities. You will perform floor care, dusting, trash removal and routine upkeep under supervision, following established schedules.

The role requires strong English reading/writing skills, a valid Hawaii driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test. Compensation is hourly with health & welfare add-on.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and comprehend English.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance proof; travel to local facilities.

Responsibilities

• Sweep/dust mop uncarpeted floors and vacuum carpets.
• Spray clean and buff floors; wet mop; deep clean carpets.
• Assist with trash removal and routine cleaning per schedule.
• Respond to paging and radio; follow safety and chemical handling procedures.
• Complete weekly checklists and report issues to supervisor.
