Geeks on Site is looking for an On-Call IT Field Technician in Dayton, Ohio. This role is independent contractor based, providing flexibility in scheduling and the ability to pick your work based on availability. Technicians will troubleshoot and repair various computing issues on-site, from Windows and macOS problems to outdoor TV mounting.

The position requires transportation, relevant tools, and a strong background in IT support. Compensation starts at $35 per hour for on-site work, with additional earnings from TV mounting jobs.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in IT support or field service.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair Windows and macOS issues.
• Resolve WiFi, router, and wired network problems.
• Install and configure printers and scanners.
• Document work and communicate clearly with customers.
