A reliable vehicle and personal tools are required for this independent contractor role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field IT support experience including computer and printer work.
• Familiarity with Canon, HP, and other printer brands.
• Must have personal tools and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues on Windows and macOS systems.
• Set up or troubleshoot Wi-Fi and wired internet connections.
• Document service visits and communicate clearly with customers.
