Geeks on Site is seeking an On-Call IT Field Technician to provide IT support and services across multiple U.S. cities. This independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work on various tasks including computer troubleshooting, printer configuration, and TV mounting.

The ideal candidate will have two or more years of IT support experience, possess strong networking skills, and have their own tools. The position pays $35 per hour for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in IT support or field service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair Windows and macOS issues.
• Resolve WiFi, router, and wired network problems.
• Install and configure printers and scanners.
• Reinstall operating systems using bootable tools.
