This role offers flexible scheduling and compensation of $35 per hour for on-site work. Applicants should have at least two years of IT support experience and own their tools. This position also allows technicians to define their availability and accept jobs that suit their skills.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in IT support or field service.
• Ability to work independently and provide professional customer service.
• Own required tools including a laptop, drill, and RJ45 tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair Windows and macOS issues.
• Resolve WiFi, router, and wired network problems.
