Job summary

Fairfax Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist responsible for the complete and efficient operation of the pharmacy within all legal and accreditation requirements and applicable hospital policies. This role includes administrative, pharmaceutical, and professional duties related to pharmaceutical care at the facility.

The position offers wage range from $53.20 to $80.47 per hour, with an 8-hour shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) and minimum two shifts per month.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Pharmacy Program is required.
• Minimum of three years hospital pharmaceutical experience preferred; must oversee the provision of medication requirements.
• Current Washington state Pharmacist license.
• A working knowledge of Joint Commission Standards, OSHA regulations, and state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Complete and efficient operation of the pharmacy within all legal and accreditation/certification requirements.
• Administrative, pharmaceutical, and professional functions relating to pharmaceutical care provided at this facility.
