Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to serve Dallas South/East Territory and Rockwall. Schedule is 7 on/7 off from 5pm to 8:30am, with duties at patients' homes providing skilled nursing care and coordinating with the care team.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, CPR certification, and 2 years RN experience in clinical care; hospice or home health experience is preferred. Proficiency with computers and MS Office is expected.

Qualificações

• Graduate with an accredited nursing degree (ADN or BSN).
• Current RN license in-state and CPR certification.
• Two years RN experience in clinical settings; hospice/home health preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer skilled nursing care in clients' residences.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
• Assume responsibility for coordination of care and documentation.
