Job summary

Heartland Hospice seeks an On-Call Registered Nurse to provide compassionate hospice care to patients with life-limiting illnesses in homes and facilities. You will triage after-hours calls, conduct urgent visits, assess symptoms and implement comfort-focused care plans in alignment with patient goals and cultural values.

Qualifications

• RN license or equivalent required.
• Hospice experience preferred or strong interest in palliative care.

Responsibilities

• Manage pain and symptoms, administer medications, and adjust care plans.
• Educate patients and families and document care promptly.
