Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse RN to join our compassionate hospice care team serving the St. Louis area.

You will administer skilled nursing care in clients’ homes and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to support patients and families. Requirements include an accredited Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a current RN license in Missouri, a valid driver’s license, CPR certification, and at least two years of RN experience (hospice/home health

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Current state RN license and state driver’s license.
Two years’ RN experience in a clinical setting; hospice/home health preferred.
Current CPR certification.
Proficient computer skills; MS Office experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to support patients and families.
Ability to cope with family emotional stress and diverse lifestyles.

Responsibilities

Administer skilled nursing care for clients in their place of residence.
Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
Oversee coordination of care and ensure seamless transitions across services.
