Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse On-Call to support our 24/7 care model in Moline, IL. You will cover evenings, nights, and weekends, performing admissions after hours and delivering expert symptom management with patient education.

The role requires an active RN license in-state, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of acute care experience. A 7 on/7 off overnight schedule supports work-life balance while you make a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN/MSN).
1+ years acute care; hospice/home care preferred.
Current RN license and CPR certification.
Respond to triage calls and provide after-hours nursing visits.
Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
Administer medications and provide education to patients and caregivers.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
