Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse to provide home health visits across Baltimore County and City. This role concentrates on after-hours triage and client visits with a weekday schedule.

Ideal candidates hold a Maryland RN license, have at least 1 year of clinical experience, and are comfortable with EMR and mobile devices. Travel to cases is required; home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home health experience strongly preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans per patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic areas.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments and procedures.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Follow up on doctors' orders and documentation.
• Conduct client assessments as needed.
• Coordinate case management and services.
• Accurately document observations and interventions in EMR.
