Job summary
BrightStar Care of East & NW Columbus is seeking a dependable On-Call Home Health Aide (HHA/STNA) to support clients in their homes in Northwest Columbus, OH. The role offers a competitive starting wage and on-call shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Qualifications
- Current HHA/STNA certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of home care experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance and ensure a safe home environment.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Monitor client condition and report changes to supervisors.
- Follow client-specific care plans and documentation procedures.
- Transport clients when necessary.
- Comfortable working with pets.
