Erickson Senior Living Seabrook Village in Tinton Falls, NJ is seeking an On-Call Home Care Coordinator to manage after-hours scheduling for private duty home care services. You will respond to calls, triage needs, and optimize resident schedules while controlling overtime and ensuring care plans are followed.

Experience in home care or senior services and strong customer service with organizational skills are essential.

• Maximizing schedules and reducing the amount of open shifts while minimizing overtime and scheduling inefficiencies.

Location: Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as On-Call Home Care Coordinator and provides after-hours scheduling and staffing for all private duty home care services.

Compensation

On-Call pay is $31 per weekday and $81 per weekend day + $23.50 per hour for any engaged time. This role is on-call every 3 weeks from 4:30p-8:30am Mon-Fri and 24 hours Sat and Sun.

What you will do

Answering after-hours phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.

Handling all inquiries /referrals promptly to determine the urgency of follow-up needed.

What you will need

Experience in home care, healthcare, or an environment serving the senior population.

Scheduling services experience preferred.

Strong customer service focus and critical thinking skills, including the ability to problem-solve.

Organizational skills and attention to detail.
