The role calls for on-call availability across Las Vegas and Henderson, with graveyard shifts and a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. You must have reliable transportation and be able to travel across the valley. The officer will monitor and report activities, perform patrols, write detailed reports, and enforce site rules while delivering strong customer service in a professional

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior security or law enforcement experience desirable.
• Must be available for graveyard shifts and on-call scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services at HOA locations with post orders.
• Conduct patrols (foot, vehicle, golf cart, bicycle) and report suspicious activity.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain DARs.
• Follow site policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Maintain professional customer service and de-escalate situations when needed.
