Job summary

Lone Star Hazmat Response, LLC is seeking a Response Technician in Texas to support the Lead Response Technician and Field Operations Team. The role involves assisting with field work related to emergency response, chemical spills, and decontamination, while following core values focused on safety and care.

Responsibilities include wearing PPE, performing field sampling, and potentially working overnight or on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• 0–6 months industry related experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Class C driver’s license and current company insurance approval.
• Able to pass Hazwoper physical.
• Willing to take and follow directions from supervisor(s).

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency response activities including chemical, fuel, and water spills, environmental and biological contamination, and decontamination.
• Wear and properly use PPE (Levels A–D) in various combinations.
• Work in varying temperatures indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Assist in field sampling activities.
• Be able to work extended hours and on-call 24/7 including weekends and holidays.
