Sholom Community Alliance is seeking a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) for an on‑call role covering the St. Louis Park and St. Paul campuses. The position focuses on improving daily living tasks, motor skills, and cognitive abilities for a geriatric population.

Requires Minnesota OT licensure and NBCOT certification, with CPR/First Aid. The role involves weekday coverage and one weekend day per month, in a senior care setting offering long‑term care and transitional care services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school.
• 1+ years hands‑on geriatric experience preferred.
• Must hold Minnesota OT license and maintain licensure.
• Must be NBCOT‑registered.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients to improve daily living tasks, basic motor functions, and cognitive abilities.
• On-call, as-needed position covering weekdays with one weekend day per month.
• Coverage at St. Paul and St. Louis Park Long Term Care Center and Transitional Care Unit.
