Job summary

Residences at Vantage Point in Columbia, MD is seeking a Certified Geriatric Nursing Assistant - PRN(on-call) to assist licensed nursing staff with daily living activities and basic care for residents.

The role requires completion of a state-approved GNA program, registration, and ability to follow instructions in English. Training is complemented by a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive hourly rate, with a flexible PRN schedule.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a State approved geriatric nursing assistant training program.
• Registration with State registry required.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and document care given.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
• Gives treatments, performs tests, and carries out procedures as instructed.
• Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed; reports observations.
• Enteres data into ADL book or EMR documentation in Vision.
