Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work (washing, peeling, cutting, seeding fruits/veg).
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays safely between stations.
• Stores food with proper wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and equipment.
• Ensures proper portion control and serving temperatures.
• Serves customers warmly and handles concerns with supervisor.
• Adheres to sanitation, safety and service standards.
