Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an On-call Security Officer for the San Diego location. The role offers a flexible schedule with shifts including day, swing, and grave, and pay rate of $22.39/hour.

The officer will patrol, monitor, and report, with opportunities for growth and experience across multiple industries. Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws and regulations.
• Background investigation will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Active listening, problem-solving, and good communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Maintain logs and prepare reports on incidents and accidents.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.
