Responsibilities

• Observe and enforce all safety regulations and practices.
• Complete maintenance and repairs as directed by Facilities Manager.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and document work orders.
• Inspect property systems and coordinate repairs with vendors and supervisors.
• Troubleshoot and repair building components (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Install/repair interior finishes and building equipment as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles; support construction projects.
• Respond to tenant service requests and on-call emergencies as required.
