Job summary

The role covers cleaning, trash removal, lawn care, and basic repairs such as carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as needed, with reporting to supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, sanitary, and attractive facilities for patients and staff.
• Perform housekeeping, yard maintenance, and light repairs.
• Report mechanical failures or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Operate cleaning equipment and manage inventory of supplies.
• Assist with basic repairs in plastering, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical work.
