Job summary

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is seeking an On Call La Hiki Food and Beverage Attendant with a passion for hospitality. You will assist servers, support the restaurant team, and help deliver guests an exceptional dining experience.

This role reports to outlet managers; requires high school diploma, 1 year F&B experience, ability to carry up to 40 lbs, and a professional demeanor. The position offers extensive training, staff meals, and accommodations eligibility.

Qualifications

• Education: High school education or equivalent.
• Work Experience: Minimum 1 year Food and Beverage experience.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray (up to 40lbs).
• Experience catering to high expectation guests.

Responsibilities

• Setup/Breakdown working stations
• Setup/Breakdown of Buffet area
• Assist servers on restaurant setup
• Maintain restaurant clean and organized
• Maintain Buffet area clean and replenished during service
• Fulfill “a la carte” orders for all meal periods
• Assist fellow team members
• Complete daily side duties
