Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior valet or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Open doors and assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Maintain key control and vehicle tracking.
• Follow procedures for vehicle handling, documentation, and damage reporting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional workspace.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide directions and information about the property and surroundings.
• Respond calmly to guest concerns or emergencies.
• Adhere to traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Remain on-site for the duration of the shift.
