Qualifications

• Prior catering experience preferred.
• On-call availability required.
• May require valid driver license if state law.
• Food handler's permit or alcohol server's permit may be required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for functions to scheduled locations.
• Log and maintain food temperatures.
• Arrange tables and decorations.
• Set up buffet tables with food, beverages and service items.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Clean location after events and restore equipment to the facility.
• Return leftover food and equipment to catering facility promptly.
• Distribute and collect guest feedback cards.
• Stock and maintain catering facility and equipment.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of the full menu and on-hand products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
