Hawks Cay Resort in Marathon, FL is seeking an On-Call Esthetician to provide professional skincare and spa services to guests and support the spa team during peak periods and special events. Your focus will be delivering high-quality facial treatments while upholding luxury hospitality standards.

You will perform facials, exfoliation, skin analysis, and product recommendations, while maintaining room cleanliness and guest records.

Qualifications

• Prior spa or resort experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare techniques, products and protocols.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional skincare services including facials, exfoliation, and skin analysis.
• Recommend and apply skincare products based on guest skin type and concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and safety in treatment rooms and equipment.
• Deliver services per spa protocols and resort standards.
• Promote spa retail products and additional treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after services.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
• Create a welcoming, relaxing environment for guests.
• Respond to on-call scheduling requests with flexible availability during peak periods.
