Job summary

State of Missouri's MoDOT Iberia Maintenance Facility seeks an on-call Emergency Maintenance Equipment Operator to support snow removal operations. Hours vary with weather events and an emergency wage adjustment applies during operations.

Responsibilities include operating snow plows and spreading ice control materials, performing routine vehicle and equipment maintenance, and complying with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with no air brake restrictions and interstate status (EI or NI) is required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles to plow snow and spread ice control materials and to warn oncoming traffic.
• Clean and perform routine maintenance on vehicles, equipment, buildings and grounds.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
