Job summary

BluSky Restoration is seeking a full-time Restoration Technician to respond to emergencies and mitigate water damage in residential and commercial properties. You’ll join a field crew, assess damage, and help restore structures while delivering compassionate service to customers.

Responsibilities include water extraction and mitigation, fire and smoke cleanup, microbial remediation, and content handling. Some travel is required; training and certification support are provided to help you grow

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Successfully pass a national background check and motor vehicle report background check.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Water extraction and mitigation
• Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
• Microbial remediation
• Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard cleanup
• Demolition (Demo Day!)
• Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel
• Provide the highest level of customer service with empathy
• All other duties or projects as assigned
