Job summary

CarolinaEast Health System is seeking an Echocardiographer to perform Cardiac Echo, Stress Echo, and Transesophageal Echo (TEE) across the hospital and physician offices. This role includes 24/7 on-call duties and requires compassionate patient interaction in pediatric through geriatric populations.

The candidate should have at least one year of experience or registry eligibility, and must obtain registry within one year of hire, while maintaining AHA BLS certification.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in Echocardiography or registry eligible as a graduate from an accredited school.
• Must obtain registry within one year of hire.
• Maintain current AHA BLS certification.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold Standards of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and advanced echocardiographic studies including Cardiac Echo, Stress Echo, and TEE with/without contrast.
• Provide services to pediatric to geriatric patients in hospital labs, CVOR, and physician offices.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call duties and work with minimal supervision.
