Job summary

Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation seeks an on-call Short Notice ECE Assistant to support teachers in a center for pre-kindergarten children. Qualifications

• Requires completion of GED/High School diploma within 6 months of hire and CDA or equivalent in early childhood education within two years of hire.
• Requires pediatric First Aid/CPR certification, Health Clearance, TB Test.
• Requires obtaining a food handlers card within 3 weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist one or more early childhood teachers in the education, care, supervision, and instruction of preschool-aged children.
• Assist in classrooms, common areas, and playgrounds at a center dedicated to pre-kindergarten children.
• Support play-oriented instructional activities and learning experiences.
