Qualifications
Prefer two years' experience in a related field such as counseling, education, social work, rehabilitation, or vocational guidance.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred.
Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.
Responsibilities
Provide a safe and supportive environment in dormitory supervision.
Conduct dormitory operations as per center operating policies.
Supervise students age 16-24 and maintain discipline and order in the dormitory.
Ensure dormitory supervision 24 hours a day and adherence to rules.
Maintain 100% accountability of residents and log significant events.
Assist students in adjusting to Center life, acting as a mentor.
Document student records according to relevant guidelines.
