Job summary

Document Specialist with AECOM’s Disaster Recovery Division is sought to join our on-call cadre. The role focuses on administering records management, document control, and efficient documentation workflows within the Emergency Operations Center (EOC).

You must be willing to deploy on short notice to support critical operations. The position requires a High School diploma with 2 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work nights and weekends during activations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 2 years of related experience or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and extended deployments as needed
• Ability to interpret technical data

Responsibilities

• Supports EOC with records management.
• Prepares and maintains a document control system for all forms of documentation.
• Assist in collecting, organizing, scanning, uploading, and maintaining operational program documentation.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure required documentation is received, complete and accurate, before filing.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe products, SharePoint, and other document management systems.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support within EOC environment.
• Support EOC and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
