Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring on-call dishwashers for the Westhampton Hotel in Westhampton Beach, NY. You will maintain dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen areas in an orderly and sanitary condition, following safety procedures and sanitation standards.

The position offers a fixed pay rate of $20.00 per hour with an on-call schedule that may vary by day and shift. Training is provided, and internal referrals are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Willing to train is required.
• On-call availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or with a dishwasher.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Maintains dish area cleanliness and complies with safety standards.
• Keeps work areas and floors clean and sanitized.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and kitchen areas.
• Assists with loading and unloading supplies as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
