Job summary

Cook Inlet Native Head Start is seeking an On-Call Temporary Custodian responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment across various facilities. Duties include routine janitorial services, deep cleaning, and minor maintenance. Candidates must have prior janitorial experience, pass health screenings and a criminal background check, and ideally hold a valid Alaska driver’s license. Competitive compensation offered at $18.00/hr. This position may involve exposure to varying weather conditions and a range of physical demands.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial experience required.
• Successful completion of TB and hepatitis screenings and required vaccinations.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine janitorial services across office buildings and grounds.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and restrooms.
