Responsibilities

• Independently assesses the physical, emotional, clinical and psychosocial needs of assigned patients under physician supervision and adjusts plans as indicated.
• Performs appropriate diagnostics and, when needed, provides interventional or therapeutic care.
• Evaluates effectiveness of treatment and communicates changes promptly to the care team.
