Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is hiring immediately for on-call cook positions at Emirates Logan, 500 Terminal E, East Boston, MA 02128. The on-call schedule varies, with typical shifts from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm or 3:00 pm to 11:15 pm. A minimum of 1 year cooking experience is required.

You will prepare meals to standard recipes, maintain HACCP compliance, and help keep the kitchen clean and organized. Benefits include free meals, uniforms and laundering at select locations, plus an internal referral

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standard recipes and instructions to meet production and service schedules.
• Ensures food served at correct temperatures and presented well, tasting items as needed.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and safety, follows HACCP standards.
• Assists in stocking and ordering of food and supplies as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
