The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for guests, managing front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment. This role assists with guest check-in/out, responds to inquiries, and coordinates transportation and security.
The pay rate for this position is $19.50/hour. There are 2 openings available for this position.
This is an on-call, as-needed position with no guaranteed weekly hours. Most coverage needs will be for overnight shifts, with occasional daytime and weekend opportunities based on vacations, call-offs, and other staffing needs. Candidates should have flexibility to accept varying shifts as needed.
High School Diploma or Equivalent Additional education or training in hospitality management or customer service is a plus. Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience

The role may require extended periods of standing and walking, particularly during front desk duties and while assisting guests. Occasional lifting and moving of luggage, packages, or other items may be necessary when assisting guests with check-in, check-out, or transportation. Some manual tasks, such as carrying luggage or opening doors for guests, may be required during guest interactions. The role may involve physical endurance to handle the demands of a fast-paced environment, including managing multiple tasks and assisting guests throughout the day.
