Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Dependable, with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in standard computer applications.
• Ownership of industry-standard hand tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of an on-call rotation.
• Mechanically inclined with a desire to learn new techniques.
• Previous experience as a commercial foodservice technician is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect equipment and related components for safe operation.
• Communicate effectively with customers and branch staff.
• Complete service tickets in accordance with company procedures.
• Manage truck stock to ensure necessary parts are readily available.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to meet standards.
• Serve as a positive role model for less experienced technicians.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety.
