Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced boiler/HVAC technician to join our on-site team.

You will maintain boiler operations, perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and annual tune-ups, and ensure safe and compliant performance of exhaust and chemical systems. The ideal candidate has a4-year apprenticeship or technical schooling with 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, is able to respond to emergency calls, and holds Rule 1415 certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of a 4-year apprenticeship or technical schooling.
• 5+ years of commercial air conditioning experience.
• Availability for emergency call outs as needed.
• Team player able to coordinate with trades and client staff.
• Rule 1415 certification is required.
• EMS experience with Staefa/Siemens is a plus.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operations of boilers.
• Complete daily checks and maintain necessary operating records.
• Perform PM maintenance and repairs to boilers and associated equipment.
• Perform monthly testing of all safeties.
• Complete annual tuning and inspections of boilers.
• Monitor chemical feeds for boiler systems.
• Monitor exhaust/stack emissions.
