Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on-call CASUAL role to provide direct routine care to tenants under supervision of licensed staff, following the Plan of Care and MDH Nursing Assistant Program standards.

The CNA will perform basic nursing, personal care, and restorative tasks, support independence, and work with an interdisciplinary team to promote tenants' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Qualifications

• Current certification and listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct routine care in activities of daily living under supervision of licensed staff and per the Plan of Care.
• Apply basic nursing, personal care and basic restorative skills while considering residents' mental health and social service needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to promote independence and overall well-being of tenants.
