Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Minnesota to provide tenants with direct routine care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. The CNA will perform basic nursing tasks within the Plan of Care and support tenants’ daily living activities to promote independence and well-being.

Qualified candidates will hold current Minnesota CNA certification and be proficient in English.

Qualifications

• Current certification and listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Provide tenants with direct routine care under supervision of licensed staff and in accordance with the Plan of Care.
• Assist tenants with activities of daily living to promote independence and wellbeing.
