Job summary

Baywood Home Care is seeking on-call (PRN) CNAs to provide in-home, one-on-one care in Chaska, MN. Earn $24.00–$26.00 per hour with credit for experience and pick up shifts that fit your schedule.

You’ll support clients with daily living activities, monitor safety, and help maintain independence in their own homes. This role offers flexible on-call hours and meaningful, community-based care.

Qualifications

• CNA certificate required (not necessarily current).
• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience.
• Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Dependable and compassionate attitude.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Give medication reminders and assist with daily routines.
• Keep clients safe and provide families peace of mind during each shift.
• Support client independence and dignity through compassionate care.
