Job summary

Baywood Home Care is seeking an On-Call Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one home care. You will receive a $50 flat on-call rate plus your hourly wage if called in, with on-call shifts and in-person locations.

Make a difference by assisting clients at home, focusing on safety, independence, and compassionate care. The role requires a CNA certificate and at least 1 year of caregiving experience, with a flexible on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certificate (not required current).
• At least 18 years old.
• Personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance required.
• 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable and compassionate attitude.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility support, and bowel care programs.
• Offer gentle reminders for medications and routines.
• Ensure safety and peace of mind through overnight hours.
• Support independence and dignity through compassionate care.
