Job summary

Patriots Landing is seeking an On-Call Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse at our Pacific Northwest senior living community.

This role requires a WA state CNA license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and good health. You will assist with bathing, dressing, dining, and daily activities, and respond promptly to calls for assistance in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• CNA license is required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Dementia & Mental Health training is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident rounds as assigned.
• Assist residents with bathing, oral care, dressing/undressing, toileting, perineal care, grooming, eating, and vital signs per policy.
• Assist with daily housekeeping duties (beds, trash, dishes).
• Help residents move to dining room and participate in daily activities.
• Assist with activities of daily living as per care plans.
• Respond promptly to all calls for assistance and notify supervisor if coverage is delayed.
