Job description

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
• Notify the manager about repairs or additions needed for building systems
• Establish effective communication with clients, co-workers, and supervisors
• Comply with safety, security, and quality standards
• Clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, and equipment
• Move furniture and equipment as needed for cleaning
• Clean interior glass, windows, and mirrors
• Wash and replace blinds
• Empty trash bins
• Perform seasonal tasks like sweeping, raking, mowing, and snow removal
• Clean and service restrooms

Note: This position is for night shifts covering various cities including Torrance, Long Beach, Santa Monica, Hollywood, North Hollywood, Glendale, and Pasadena.

Compensation: $17.81 per hour
