Job summary

Wilmington Preschool of the Arts is seeking part-time, on-call substitute floating childcare teachers who love helping children learn while having fun. Flexible hours and schedules based on your availability, with the option to support neighboring locations.

In this role you’ll work with all age groups as needed, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Compensation ranges from $14 to $17 per hour, depending on education and experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and ability to pass state background checks.
• Enthusiasm to be part of a dedicated, driven, and collaborative team.
• Past childcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work as an on-call substitute floating childcare teacher across age groups.
• Support children's learning in a fun, engaging environment.
