Job summary

Wonderschool in Wilmington, NC is hiring Preschool and Daycare Substitute Teachers for part-time, on-site roles. You will support partner preschools and childcare centers with flexible shifts, caring for children ages 0-5 and assisting onsite teachers and directors.

As a substitute teacher, you fill in for teachers on leave, provide a safe and nurturing learning environment, and communicate with families about daily progress.

Qualifications

• Experience with children aged 0-5 is preferred.
• Able to pass a state background check and TB test/physical.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for teachers on leave at preschools/childcare centers.
• Provide safe, nurturing, and engaging learning experiences.
• Communicate with families about each child’s day and progress.
• Complete onboarding and training with Wonderschool.
